Mark A. King, D.C.

Dr. Mark A. King is a licensed chiropractic physician and cum laude graduate from Life Chiropractic College in 1986. He was an honor student and athlete at Florida Southern College and graduated in 1982. Dr. King has studied, lectured, and written extensively about spine and extremity injuries and treatment methods.

Dr. King and Dr. Moloney started the Mt. Lookout Chiropractic and Sports Injury Center together in 1987.

Dr. King is on the post-graduate faculty of National University Health Sciences in Chicago, Illinois and Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is currently the president and an instructor for the Motion Palpation Institute. He teaches classes throughout the world for the Motion Palpation Institute and this keeps him up to date with new diagnostic and treatment methods. Dr. King is co-founder and president of Cutting Edge Chiropractic Consultants. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the Ohio State Chiropractic Association, the Foundation for Chiropractic Education and Research, and the Christ Spine Institute. Dr. King is past president of the Southwestern Ohio Chiropractic Association and Chiropractic Choice.

Dr. King is active in his community and enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children and coaching youth basketball.


Donna L. Moloney, D.C.

Dr. Donna L. Moloney is a licensed chiropractic physician at Mt. Lookout Chiropractic and Sports Injury Center. She did her undergraduate work at the University of Massachusetts and graduated from Life University – School of Chiropractic in 1985.

Dr. Moloney and Dr. Mark King started Mt. Lookout Chiropractic and Sports Injury together in 1987.

Dr. Moloney now practices on a part-time basis. She has extensive post-graduate educaton and professional experience in diagnosis and treatment of spine and extremity musculoskeletal conditions. Her comprehensive approach focuses on patient well being and includes targeted nutritional and exercise recommendations as well as state of the art chiropractic care. She especially enjoys treating children in her family practice, and, as a mother of four children, has tremendous experience in pediatric care.


Steve W. King, D.C.

Dr. Steve W. King graduated cum laude from Life Chiropractic College. He treats a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. As a versatile athlete, Dr. Steve brings a unique perspective to the treatment of sports injuries. He has completed five marathons and participated in several triathlons. He works with many professional athletes, elite runners and amateur sports enthusiasts to treat and prevent injury, as well as enhance performance.

Dr. Steve King has distinguished himself as one of the chiropractic leaders in the Midwest. He has an extensive post-graduate education in chiropractic medicine; and a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition with a focus on functional medicine and its growing value in the prevention and management of disease. His comprehensive approach focuses on the athlete’s performance and health, state of the art chiropractic care, and targeted nutritional and exercise recommendations.

Dr. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Florida. Prior to his chiropractic career, Dr. Steve worked as a shuttle thermal protection systems engineer with Lockheed Space Operations at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida.


Eric W. Eiselt, D.C.

Dr. Eric W. Eiselt joined the practice in 1996, providing comprehensive chiropractic care for his patients. He is widely experienced in treatment of automobile and work-related injuries, with a special interest in extremity conditions. Dr. Eiselt has also developed an expertise in treating back, neck and extremity problems affecting golfers.

Taking an active role in his profession, Dr. Eiselt has lectured on case studies and clinical skills. To provide the most current treatment protocols, he participates in extensive post-graduate studies.

He is a member of the Ohio Chiropractic Association and served as an officer of the Southwestern Ohio Chiropractic Association since 1996.

Dr. Eiselt graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic, Minneapolis, in 1995, and holds licenses in Ohio and Minnesota. He is a 1992 graduate of the University of South Dakota. He enjoys golf, volleyball and grilling, but most of all, spending time with his wife, two boys Trevor and Ethan and daughther Kahley.


Jason R. Placeway, D.C.

Dr. Jason R. Placeway, a licensed chiropractic physician, graduated cum laude from Logan College of Chiropractic in April of 2008. Dr. Placeway treats his patients using a comprehensive approach, taking care to listen to their individual concerns and providing them with customized solutions. Passionate about his work and improving patient outcomes, Dr. Placeway attends educational seminars on an annual basis.

Dr. Placeway focuses on functional examination and treatment of the spine and extremities and has extensive training in TMJ, cervical spine and low back rehabilitation. Dr. Placeway has a special interest in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) through the Prague School and uses this technique extensively with patient of all ages in his practice.

Prior to attending Logan College of Chiropractic Dr. Placeway received a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Wilmington College. His athletic training internship was with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Outside of the office, Dr. Placeway enjoys spending time with his wife, Laurel, working out and volunteering in the local community.


Will D. Cornett, D.C.

Dr. Will Cornett graduated from New York Chiropractic College and was awarded the prestigious D.D. Palmer Award for his work in educating the public about chiropractic and helping athletes in the community. He was an honor student and played basketball at St. John Fisher College, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He has advanced training in Active Release Technique® (ART), which is a highly effective soft tissue injury technique. Dr. Cornett holds a post graduate certification in Sports Science and Human Performance, he is certified with Rocktape®, where he completed the Functional Movement Taping (FMT) level 1 and 2 courses and he has completed several courses with the Motion Palpation Institute. He holds a TPI certification from the Titleist Performance Institute and regularly treats golfers and administers golf assessment screens. He has also studied Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) with the Prague School of Rehabilitation. He has extensive experience working with athletes and has worked several athletic events including the 2016 US Open at Oakmont Country Club, Crossfit® competitions, 5k races and triathlons. Dr. Cornett enjoys the outdoors, working out and spending time with family and friends.


Jessica Kowalski, D.C.

Dr. Jessica Kowalski is a western New York native and earned her chiropractic degree from NYCC in 2016. Dr. Kowalski was the recipient of her graduating class’ Frank P. DeGiacomo Technique Award, which is given to a student who displays mastery of chiropractic manipulation. She was inducted into the Phi Chi Omega Chiropractic Honor Society and was the president of the Motion Palpation Club at NYCC. She treats a number of musculoskeletal and sports injuries as she earned her advanced certification in Sport Science and Human Performance while at NYCC. She also has taken Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) courses from the Prague School of Rehabilitation, is certified in Fascial Movement Taping (FMT) by RockTape, has taken multiple classes from the Motion Palpation Institute, and has taken courses on treating musculoskeletal conditions in the pediatric and pregnant population. Prior to attending NYCC, Dr. Kowalski got her Bachelor’s degree at St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY where she played both soccer and basketball. In her free time she likes doing CrossFit, coaching basketball and soccer, and spending time with family and friends.


David Stejbach, PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS, Cert. MDT

David Stejbach has his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and has extensive experience working with a diverse group of children and adults from the well-tuned athlete to the aging baby boomer.

David specializes in treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal disorders with a special emphasis on issues regarding the spine, foot and ankle, shoulder and knee.  He has extensive knowledge in treating both non-surgical and post-surgical patients; and, is one of the few therapists in the area who is credentialed in mechanical diagnosis and therapy of the spine through the McKenzie Institute.  This renowned field of study is a research-driven program of assessment, treatment, and prevention strategies for back and neck.


Mindy Nagel, PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Mindy Nagel earned her BA from Otterbein College and, after working for several years with Cincinnati-area dance companies, went on to earn her Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2006 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Alabama State University in 2015. Dr. Nagel was awarded the professional designation of board-certified clinical specialist in orthopaedic physical therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She treats orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions for all ages and activity levels as well as specializing in dance injury screening, prevention and rehabilitation. She has studied Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) through the Prague School and is a DNS Certified Exercise Trainer. She is also a certified Pilates Instructor and continues to enjoy her dance and choreography career. She has been an adjunct instructor at the University of Cincinnati since 2006. Dr. Nagel has also participated in continuing education in sports medicine, muscle energy techniques, microcurrent point stimulation, kinesiotaping, and a wide variety of orthopaedic issues.


Ellen Franke, PT, DPT

Dr. Ellen Franke is a Cincinnati native and two-time graduate of the University of Cincinnati, earning her Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in May 2015 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in April 2018. Throughout her education, Ellen presented research at the APTA’s Combined Sections Meeting, the nation’s largest physical therapy (PT) conference, and participated in a service experience to Mexico, providing PT services to local workers and their families. Ellen has a passion for athletic activities, developed through a long history of participation in competitive sports. However, after the demands of volleyball and swimming led to injuries, she adjusted her approach to physical wellness. Today, she balances yoga practice, weight lifting, and cardiovascular exercise to maintain a high level of physical activity. Ellen is looking forward to making a positive difference in the well-being of her community by empowering her patients to take control of their health and foster positive habits for improved quality of life. She plans to expand her skillset with courses in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization and a certification as a yoga instructor. She will incorporate these techniques into patient treatments as she believes in the benefits of melding breath, strength, and flexibility.


Carole Paine, L.Ac.

Carole studied and completed her training at the highly regarded American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco. She completed 250 hours of clinical training as part of an internship at the Cheng Du Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Cheng Du, China. In addition, she completed an intensive study program with senior acupuncturist, Wang Ju-Yi, DOM, of Xuan Wu Hospital of Chinese Medicine in Beijing. She has been practicing acupuncture since 2000 and is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and she is licensed in the states of California, Kentucky and Ohio.

Carole’s expertise and focus is on whole body acupuncture, auricular therapy, cupping and electric stimulation. She provides professional, individualized care for each of her patients.  Carole’s personal experience with acupuncture has contributed to her success as a practitioner.  Personally, Carol utilized acupuncture to address the adverse side effects of a medication she was prescribed.  After recovering from the illness with acupuncture treatment, she was inspired to study Traditional Chinese Medicine. She continues to study the practice and stay current with this well respected, healing method.


Kristine Disibio, APRN, NP-C

Kristine Disibio is a Certified Nurse Practioner in Cincinnati. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University and her Masters Degree in Nursing at the University of Cincinnati.

Kris specializes in an integrative nutritional approach to care that puts the patient at the center and addresses the full range of influences that affect a person’s health, which could include physical, nutritional, emotional, social, and environmental factors.

Employing a personalized strategy that considers the patient’s unique conditions and needs, she uses the most appropriate treatment and care to help people regain and maintain optimum health.

Kristine has successfully provided relief for many chronic conditions including ADHD, inflammatory bowel disease, autoimmune diseases, allergies, migraines, chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia. Whether it’s your diet, allergens, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalances or toxins. Kris integrates scientifically based nutritional coaching and other modern therapies with an emphasis on a positive mental attitude and an active healthy lifestyle.

Kristine and her family reside in Northern Kentucky. In her free time, she enjoys reading, researching, spending time with her family, and staying active.


Lester S. Duplechan, MD

Dr. Lester S. Duplechan earned his Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Northridge, in 1986. He earned his medical degree from UCLA/Charles Drew School of Medicine in 1990. He completed his medical internship at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Oakland, California and his PM&R residency at Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta, Georgia, where he served as physical medicine and rehabilitation chief resident in 1994.

Dr. Duplechan is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation with a subspecialty certification in pain medicine. He is also board certified in neuromuscular and electro diagnostic medicine.

Dr. Duplechan is currently a clinical assistant professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He has special interests in musculoskeletal disorders, sports medicine, interventional and conservative spine care, electro diagnosis, peripheral nerve injuries, and musculoskeletal ultrasound.
