
Dr. Jason R. Placeway, a licensed chiropractic physician, graduated cum laude from Logan College of Chiropractic in April of 2008. While at Logan, Dr. Placeway attended post-graduate courses through the Motion Palpation Institute dealing with diagnosis and treatment of spine and extremity conditions. Dr. Placeway has a special interest in functional examination and treatment of the spine and extremities and extensive training in TMJ, cervical spine and low back rehabilitation through the Central Institute for Human Performance. Dr. Placeway was a participant in the Rehabilitation Summit in Chicago in September of 2007. Dr. Placeway recently participated in a seminar with Dr. Pavel Kolar, director of rehabilitation at Charles University, Prague. Dr. Placeway learned the latest rehabilitation methods for musculoskeletal disorders during the seminar.
Dr. Placeway joined Mt. Lookout Chiropractic and Sports Injury Center in 2008.
Prior to attending Logan College of Chiropractic Dr. Placeway received a bachelors degree in athletic training from Wilmington College. Dr. Placeway's athletic training internship was with the Cincinnati Bengals during the 2003 and 2004 seasons.
